Conference Registration


Are the activities on Sunday, March 14 included in the conference registration fee?

Sunday's activities are optional and are not included in the conference registration fee. You must sign up for your choice of activity while registering for the conference. Your guests are also welcome to register for the Sunday activities. Costs are as follows:

DI Golf Tournament at the TPC San Antonio: $ 199 per person
Colorful Highlights of San Antonio: $65 per person
Natural Bridge Caverns & Historic Gruene: $85 per person



What is the One Day Pass offer?

A One Day conference pass allows you access to all sessions and activities on a specific day. Costs are as follows:

  • Sunday, March 14: $250
    - Choice of 18 Digital Insight University and Solution Spotlight Sessions
    - Welcome Reception in Exhibit Hall
  • Monday, March 15: $450
    - General Session: Keynote speakers Steven Levitt and Stephen Dubner
    - Choice of 17 Strategy, Solution Spotlight and Focus Group sessions
    - Monday evening's networking event at the Buckhorn Saloon
  • Tuesday, March 16: $350
    - General Session: Keynote speaker Rudy Giuliani
    - Choice of 12 Strategy, Solution Spotlight and Focus Group sessions


When will I see my Early Bird Discount?

What does the $200 guest fee cover?

Your guest will be able to participate in all lunch functions, Sunday's Welcome Reception and will receive round trip transportation and entrance into Monday Night's Boot Scootin' Reception at the Buckhorn Saloon and Museum.

Cancellation Policy

Conference registration fees are refundable less a $250.00 service charge until February 21, 2010. After February 21, 2010, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows or any other registration fees received.

Conference activity cancellations must be received by February 21, 2010 to qualify for a refund. After February 21, 2010 refunds for activities will not be issued.

Please note: In all cases, substitutions are welcome in lieu of cancellations at any time.

Photo and Video Policy - Your registration constitutes permission to utilize photos and video taken of you at the conference for news, promotion, marketing and similar purposes.




National Conference Pre-Registration FAQs


What is conference pre-registration?

The process that allows you to pay for National Conference registrations up to 1 year in advance as a reoccurring billable item. Pre-registration offers a 29% ($275) discount off the standard single registration price of $950.



How much is the discounted pre-registration price?

The discounted price is $675 per registrant, which is 29% ($275) off the standard registration price of $950.



Are team discounts available?

Yes. Team pre-registration prices are as follows: $675 for first two registrants; $450 for third and all subsequent registrants.



Will Digital Insight ever offer a conference promotion during standard registration that is lower than what is offered as a pre-registrant?

No. Pre-registration pricing is an incentive to encourage you to plan to attend National Conference every year!



How does the annual billing work?

During the renewal process, you can elect to add conference pre-registrations to your contract. You then will be billed annually for your conference registration.

If you wish to add conference registrations at a time other than your standard renewal period, you can amend your contract to add conference pre-registrations by contacting your Relationship Manager.



Can you change your pre-registration quantities after you've signed up for the program?

Yes. All you would need to do is amend your current pre-registration contract to reduce or increase your number of pre-registration units.



What if I pre-register but cannot attend?

Digital Insight will provide a full refund to you for any prepaid fees, provided that you request to cancel the conference registration in writing no less than forty-five (45) days prior to the start date of the next scheduled Client Conference.

No refund, prorated or otherwise, will be made to you if cancellation occurs later than the 45-day period. Failure to attend the Client Conference does not result in a cancellation of the registration. However, if you must cancel within 45 days of the conference, your registration can be transferred to someone else within your organization.
