As the leader of the employee training department, IFID Learning, Yana Blatin and her team are responsible for the initial and continuing product, tools, systems, process knowledge and soft skills of the Digital Insight employee base. In this role, she streamlined the on-boarding education of the customer facing departments, instituted a monthly training program and created an environment of perpetual learning. Having a close relationship with the customer facing teams allows her to bring the clients point of view to other internal teams during the product development life cycle. Yana partners closely with the Digital Insight University team to ensure that client and employee training is consistent, of high quality and allows customers to achieve their objectives.
