Don Ford joined the H-E-B Federal Credit Union in 1997 as the Vice President of Retail Operations. He is currently responsible for Retail Branch Operations, Sales, Marketing, Private Banking and Lending. Don has 27 years of retail financial institution experience with a focus on electronic services and centralized lending. He is very civic minded and active in various community activities, including serving on the Alamo Chapter of Credit Unions Board, Greater San Antonio Builders Association, National Association of Remodeler's and the various neighborhood associations. He holds a bachelor's degree in business from Texas Tech University with an emphasis in finance and investments and is a graduate of the Executive Development program from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.
