Justin R. Jackson has been with Fiserv for eight years. He has a diverse background with Fiserv, having acted in roles within Customer Service, Incident Management, Client Communications, and most recently Product Management. For the past eight years, Jackson and his team have defined the forward-looking strategy for CheckFree RXP and Campaign Manager in addition to designing and developing Fiserv's new Personal Payments product. Voice of the Customer interviews, analyst research, and user feedback help them to package individual product releases and keep these products growing, driving ever-increasing adoption and revenue for Fiserv's partner financial institutions. . Jackson holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Sciences in Engineering from The Ohio State University College of Engineering.
