Katherine Jansen is the Senior Manager, Customer Experience for Digital Insight, an Intuit Company. She is responsible for leading the customer experience journey for the company's financial institution clients. Prior to this role she was the Senior Vice President, Marketing for Digital Insight and previously was the leader of Corporate Strategy for Digital Insight. Before joining Digital Insight in 2000, she was the Global Director of Sales for Meridien Research, a financial services research firm. Prior to that, she held positions as Industry Director of Financial Services Strategy for Oracle Corporation and Applications Regional Sales Manager for Oracle's Financial Services division. Katherine has over 25 years of experience in financial services.
