Tina Malvasi-Moore is the Marketing Manager at Alliance Bank, N.A. She was a member of the project team for the conversion to the Digital Insight Online Banking system and has been tasked with increasing customer enrollment and usage of online banking and bill pay. In addition to her Marketing role, Tina oversees alliance everywhere.com, the virtual branch of Alliance Bank. She works with members of the Finance and the Retail departments to determine product offerings, pricing, contiguous market strategy and deposit growth generation through the online branch. She was involved with the recent launch of a study, by an independent research firm, to better understand the banking technology needs and habits of Alliance Bank customers. Tina received her bachelor's degree in Journalism from Ithaca College.
