Richard D. Richardson is Senior Vice President of Phoenix-Hecht, an industry leader in corporate treasury management information services including market research and education. Prior to joining Phoenix-Hecht, Richard was Assistant Treasurer at Hardee's Food Systems, Inc. He is a member of the North Carolina Treasury Management Association where he has served as president and continues to serve on its Executive Committee and Board of Directors. He is also a charter member of the Association for Financial Professionals. Richard has also served as a member of the Federal Reserve Industry Advisory Group on Future EFT Payment Services and Advisory Group on Same Day Payments. He is on the faculty of the Berkeley Cash Management Program at the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley and the Treasury Management Program at the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He received a bachelor's degree from East Carolina University.
