Carol Safberg serves as Executive Vice President Operations/Chief Operating Officer at Star One Credit Union. Carol has been actively involved in the Credit Union industry for over 30 years, holding a variety of increasingly responsible positions through a career focused on service and remote delivery, program development and management, lending and deposit operations and finance, with a business discipline in ongoing strategic service focused operations. At Star One, Carol leads a team of Vice Presidents responsible for Remote, Deposit, Loan and Branch Services and Business/Community Development. Carol serves as Executive Advisor for several Boards and supports various professional and civic organizations.
